and specialty chemical industries for over twenty years. Her experience spans all facets of the packaging
industry from raw materials application (Dow Chemical), to converting of packaging (Amoco), through end
use (Burger King). Since founding Contract Market Research in 1998, the company has conducted primary and
secondary market research to support numerous custom and published studies.
Sharon is a noted author of many technical articles and industry papers and earned the Food & Drug Packaging Achievement
Award for foamed polystyrene barrier roll stock. She is a member of the Institute of Packaging Professionals, Women in
Packaging and the American Chemical Society.
